איך לזהות מה הם המסרים שחשוב לי למסור בעבודה עם משפחות, ואיך להשתמש בתקשורת מקרבת כדי להעביר אותם בדרכים שיוצרות קרבה במקום התנגדות, טינה ועלבון. סדנה חווייתית לעבודה על הקשיים בהם אנחנו נתקלים בעבודה עם משפחות. 

Working with the Challenges of Being Heard: Developing our own clarity about what we want to communicate to families and using NVC to express what is Important to us in ways that create connection, rather than resentment, confusion and separation. A hands on session to work with the difficulties we encounter in our work with families

יצירת חיבור עם הורים ומשפחות: למה ומתי זה מאתגר ליצור קשר משמעותי עם המשפחות שאנחנו עובדים איתן? בסדנה חווייתית זו נלמד איך להשתמש בתקשורת מקרבת כדי לפתוח דלתות לחיבור, אמפתיה, הבנה וצמיחה, במיוחד בעבודה עם הורים.

Listening and Understanding: Connect Before you Correct: Connecting with Parents and Families: When is it challenging to create a meaningful connection with the families we are working with? In this hands on session, we will learn and practice how we can use Nonviolent Communication to open doors to connection, empathy, understanding and growth, especially with parents
