Exporting subscribers from personal mailbox
Manually entering a long e-mail address list is a thing of the past.
The eMarketing system enables the uploading of a large amount of e-mail addresses in a matter of seconds.
A personal address list from your mailbox can be used to create a mailing list. In order to create the mailing list export the addresses into an Excel file on your computer and upload that file to the system.
Attention! The resulting Excel file will include many fields that are not arranged. It is strongly recommended to arrange and delete all columns except the most relevant to you. You can do this by checking the columns (letters) right-clicking the mouse and selecting "Delete"
(Clicking on the Delete button on the keyboard will delete only the contents of the columns and not the columns themselves).
Arrangement would greatly facilitate the address file transfer process into the system.
Important note! Make sure before you begin exporting that you are using Excel 2003 or a later version.
There are many different types of mailboxes and services.
